3. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ varies by product type and design requirements.
For maximum cost efficiency and smooth shipping, we recommend bulk or container-based orders.
We generally prefer a minimum of half-container orders for any export shipment first time.

4. What are your standard payment terms?

We generally work on a 100% advance payment basis.
However, for first-time buyers, we can accept Min 30% advance at order confirmation, with the balance payable before dispatch (against a scanned copy of the Bill of Lading) or through an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C).
All financial transactions are secure, transparent, and well-documented, ensuring complete peace of mind for our buyers.

Yes, we provide samples on a chargeable basis so that importers can evaluate our quality, required grade, and design — especially in the case of fabrics or customized textiles — before confirming a bulk order.

Yes, our logistics team manages FOB, CIF, CNF, and Door-to-Door shipping, along with all export documentation, labelling, packaging, and compliance procedures.

3. What is your typical production and delivery timeline?

Production time depends on order volume and customization.
Typically, it takes 4–6 weeks after sample approval and advance payment.
We keep our buyers regularly informed with production updates and pre-shipment inspection reports to ensure full visibility and confidence.
